We’re seeking to fill our full time Product Marketing Sr Manager position immediately in one of our three locations: Boulder, CO (HQ), Chicago, IL, or Boston, MA.
Position Summary
Product Marketing is a core element of the overall marketing process. This role helps drive understanding and awareness of product offerings by owning and leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, and overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Product Marketing includes positioning products, crafting messaging, and developing/launching sales enablement tools as well as acting as “voice of the customer”, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and desires in order to address questions around the product, the target customers, and how to reach those customers.
It is a cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Operations. It requires the translation of customer needs into inspiring solution stories, new ways to engage the audience, and strategies for campaigns that deepen connections.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product and Sales teams to describe product offerings and develop messaging frameworks, and value propositions that resonate with select customer personas
- Develop and evolve segmentation, targeting, and positioning for each solution/offering
- Contribute to GTM strategy to ensure development of the appropriate mix of content and channels to drive acquisition and onboarding
- Educate both internal and external stakeholders on solution/product features, benefits and their differentiators (with the Product team)
- Translate customer needs into inspiring solution narratives to fuel expansion into new markets and personas, and strategies for campaigns that deepen connections and drive opportunities for sales engagement
- Build marketing programs that bring insight around and articulate the value of solutions in the context of customer needs and collaborate on campaign development to drive demand
- Define sales collateral and other sales enablement tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle
- Use insights and data to inform user narratives and programs that improve the client experience leading to user growth and product awareness and adoption
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of the product
- Successfully work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure proper targeting, onboarding, and experience for customers
- Leverage data (e.g., dashboards, tactical metrics, organizational KPIs) to understand engagement and product usage across the funnel and identify points to drive deeper engagement
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to secure understanding of market demands, competitive landscape and inform definition of solution/product differentiators
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Marketing within the B2B technology space, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a Product Marketing or Product Management role

Compensation and Benefits
We offer strongly competitive salaries and real bonuses that are achievable and that you can impact. Base Compensation Range: $105,000 - 145,000 plus bonus
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Yes Energy’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
