WorkBright is a fully remote company and we are accepting applications from candidates located in the US, but give preference to candidates located in Colorado for this position.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for someone to execute, iterate and optimize our 2023 marketing strategy. With a brand facelift in the pipeline, a content marketing refresh and some very ambitious growth targets we need an entrepreneurial marketing all rounder who can combine creativity with laser focused performance marketing knowledge.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Devise and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement with our key audiences and use lateral thinking to find and reach new audiences
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and Head Of Brand to devise new ways to affect KPIs (MQL generation) so that we can supply quality leads to our awesome sales team
- Own email marketing strategy from top to bottom and drive engagement in line with marketing KPIs
WorkBright is a 100% remote company; however 5% travel may be required for various in-person meetings ranging from team meetings to staff functions.
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The marketing team is small but perfectly formed (at least it will be when you join) and we have a creative, collaborative way of working that embraces technology platforms you'd expect to find in a modern tech company. We predominantly use GSuite, Slack and Asana on a day to day basis. We'd like for you to have a proven track record of driving qualified leads through multi-channel strategies for another company (bonus points if they are a B2B SaaS company), including content development, media placements and email marketing.
You must have experience with:
- Content & collateral creation: Adobe CS, Canva, Keynote
- Whiteboarding/brainstorming/mind-mapping platforms like Miro/Mural
- Email marketing platforms like Pardot, Hubspot, MailChimp
- Organic Search tools: SEMRush, Ahrefs
- PPC platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, FB Ads
- CMS platforms like WordPress, Strapi
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Product prototyping: Invision, Figma/Sketch etc.
- Low/No code app development platforms like Softr, Airtable, Zapier
- Analytics: Google Analytics, GTM, Segment, Mixpanel/Kissmetrics etc.
- Data visualization: Looker/Google Data Studio, Airtable, Domo/Tableau etc.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU: COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary. Salary range for candidates in Colorado: $80,000 - $85,000 with opportunity for performance based bonus.
