Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated, personable and extremely creative Marketing Coordinator to help execute the creative vision of the brand. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be responsible for managing multiple projects across social media, email marketing, eCommerce, field marketing, and shopper marketing tactics. This role requires a knack for creative design, excellent communication skills, and passion for a good charcuterie board.

Social Media (40%)

  • Manage and execute social media content across all platforms
  • Work directly with major influencers and micro influencers to create brand affinity, foster relationships and seek opportunities to reach new audiences
  • Implement processes to track posts and engagement
  • Responsible for community management. Respond to all incoming messages, tags, and mentions on social and track earned media posts tagging @34Degrees_

Creative Direction and Graphic Design (20%)

  • Create high volume of assets across all channels and mediums including but not limited to digital ads, emails, web assets, print collateral, shopper marketing collateral, social, and sales materials
  • Direct and manage outside agencies for creative campaign work as needed (photography, videography, design)
  • Execute smaller scale in-house product shoots for brand / social needs

Email marketing (20%)

  • Assist in email marketing strategy and develop quarterly calendar
  • Manage end­-to-­end production of all emails (newsletter and Klaviyo flows) — including concept development, copy creation, planning and creating visual assets, campaign setup, reporting and tracking
  • Optimize all campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send ­time, etc

Customer Service and Shopper Marketing (20%)

  • Oversee and manage the customer service inboxes. Turn any negative experiences into positive experiences through top notch customer service
  • Manage customer feedback tracking system
  • Coordinate all out-going sales and press samples
  • Assist sales team with shopper marketing collateral, sales decks, and other miscellaneous support
  • Collaborate with sales team to execute demos and in-store events

  • Excited for new experiences, new challenges, and can take on projects big and small with a “can-do” attitude and smile

You have…

  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • A great grasp of all social media platforms
  • Photography/food styling experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Photoshop and illustrator experience
  • Video production and editing experience a HUGE plus
