Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) has served the community since 1972 as the only sexual violence resource center serving Boulder County, Colorado.
MESA provides support and services to ALL survivors of sexual assault and does not discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, education, geographic location, age, ability, language, national origin, culture, immigration status, politics, profession, religious beliefs and/or spirituality.

We believe that every person has the right to live free of sexual assault. We are moving to end sexual assault and the suffering it causes in our community. We challenge all forms of oppression and recognize their connection to sexual violence.
As our Client Services Supervisor for Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA), you will oversee the 24-hour hotline, provide direct support to survivors and work with amazing, passionate volunteers. As part of this role, you will have a chance to work with many Boulder County agencies, including law enforcement departments, the District Attorney's office, and other victim service providers. Additionally, you will recruit and train an amazing group of volunteers.
You will report to our Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) Program Manager.

What We Need:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Licensure supervision available
- One (1) years' experience supervising volunteers
