SUMMARY

Maty’s is looking for a highly motivated, flexible, and energetic candidate seeking an opportunity in a fun, dynamic start-up like environment.  We are seeking a great communicator with strong accountability for results.  You will work externally to answer customer inquiries and help support the Quality Assurance team on various projects.  NOTE:  While the role is Boulder based, we have a flexible location arraignment and most employees work from home most days. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond in a timely manner to phone and email inquiries from customers and consumers.
  • Management of Adverse Event and Consumer Complaint Reporting
  • Daily communication with consumers and customers
  • Work with the Product Innovation team to ensure new product launches meet stringent quality standards.
  • Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure delivery against GMP requirements.
  • OPTIONAL (if you like to have fun!): Assist with organizing staff gatherings, meetings and trainings

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and experienced in follow- through and completion of projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and comfortable working independently

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $50k-$55k annually, commensurate with experience
