SUMMARY: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and miscellaneous support to the marketing and sales departments. This role reports to the Managing Director, USA and is key for helping the sales and marketing departments run smoothly to support the company growth. This role will be a hybrid between on-site and remote work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep marketing calendar and category review calendar up to date
  • CRM Management, ensuring accurate and current information
  • Manage data reporting including SPINs, IRi, distributor portals etc.
  • Order sales and marketing collateral, business cards and other printed materials
  • Ship samples, branded sales material and swag as needed
  • Assist with preparation of PowerPoint sales presentations
  • Assist with execution of digital marketing, social media and e-commerce programs
  • Assist with creation and organization of Point of Sale materials
  • Research and reserve trade show booths
  • Track and manage give-away programs
  • Manage sales & marketing project due dates and tasks
  • Reply to requests and inquiries from customers and industry partners
  • General admin support & other duties as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has 2-3 years of experience with sales and marketing support in the CPG Industry
  • Is passionate about environmental sustainability and social responsibility
  • Has superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Is detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Is comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
  • Is very self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Is a team player who can work well with all levels in the organization
  • Possesses high proficiency in MS Office Suite products
  • Has experience with CPG industry data, IRi and SPINS, a plus
  • Has experience working with CRM, ideally HubSpot
  • Fluent in German (a plus, but not a requirement)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position frequently moves and lifts boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Minimal, periodic travel required including rare, occasional evenings or weekends

PAY & BENEFITS

  • $50K DOE + Annual Performance Bonus
