Home Concierge 

This an exciting opportunity to join a Boulder-based business dedicated to innovating home management for some of Boulder’s most beautiful homes. We are on a mission to make homeownership easier for the clients we serve. This is an opportunity to take on a big role and have a huge impact. You’ll be tasked with managing high-level relationships and beautiful homes.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for managing some of Boulder's best homes and building strong relationships with clients
  • Manages annual schedule of preventative home maintenance along with small projects, repairs, and ad hoc requests
  • Checks in on homes when homeowners are out of town
  • Meet vendors to let them into homes, lock up, and create detailed reports on work and follow-up
  • Schedules vendors for small to mid-scale home projects ensuring deadlines are met
  • Check-in on various portfolio homes and assist with all on-site meetings
  • Utilizes our CRM Salesforce (Salesforce experiences not required)
  • Drive your car to and from clients home’s
  • Creativity, always
