As the Operations Coordinator, you will be an essential contributor to fulfilling the mission of 34 Degrees. You will work closely with the Finance & Operations team, our contract manufacturer and 3PLs to support the company. You will be responsible for the daily order to cash cycle and engage in all things operations. The ideal candidate is exceptional at multi-tasking, loves organization, and has strong project management  and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and promptly send order and shipping confirmations to customers.
• Validate pricing in conjunction with promotional activity and order minimums.
• Work with warehousing and freight partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Interface with customers regarding order updates, delivery/pickup confirmations, and customer service as necessary.
• Ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained at eCommerce and Consolidator partners. Process inventory transfers as required to keep items in-stock.
• Manage day-to day processes, relationships, and projects with 3PL's, including seasonal programs.
• Responsible for managing and reporting lane spend, on-time in full deliveries, and operational KPI’s.
• Process internal and external sample orders.
• Manage aging inventory and address variances. Collaborate with Sales Team to sell aged inventory.
• Engage collaboratively with teammates and customers to resolve disputes, claims and deductions issues as needed, while minimizing the financial loss to the company.
• Responsible for coordinating, maintenance, and accuracy of product specification sheets including product attributes/allergens, packaging components, relevant certifications, UPC information etc.
• Maintain internal documentation of all sales orders, shipments, BOL’s, and shipping confirmations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of progressive work in CPG or related space
• Experience with QuickBooks, SPS Commerce, Microsoft Excel and Google Docs a plus
• Exceptionally well organized, attentive to detail with excellent follow up
