The Colorado Chautauqua Association (CCA) is a 501(c)3 Colorado non-profit corporation dedicated to preserving, perpetuating and improving the site and spirit of the historic Chautauqua by enhancing its community and values through cultural, educational, social and recreational experiences. The Chautauqua experience is based on lifelong learning, love of nature, voluntary simplicity, and music, oration and the arts. AV / IT TECHNICIAN

The Colorado Chautauqua (CCA) is looking for an experienced audio visual (AV) / computer help desk (IT) technician, responsible for providing exceptional AV services for all CCA internal and external meetings, web conferences, and events, and assisting IT Manager to resolve IT support requests. This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefited position. Some evening and weekend work is required in meeting position responsibilities.

 

As AV / IT Technician, you will need the following:

• Minimum 3+years relevant experience in an AV and IT support role. A combination of experience, education, and/or certification will be considered.
• Proficient working with:
  • Digital audio systems
  • Digital video recording camera & playback systems
• Tech Savvy, good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Excellent end-user (customer) support and service skills and committed to follow-through and resolution, performing diagnostics, taking corrective actions for hardware, software, and peripheral equipment as necessary.
