The role will report directly to the CEO but will support all areas of the Company. This role is primarily responsible for helping ensure that the leaders of each department can focus on the big-picture initiatives. To enable that, you will help manage critical day-to-day aspects of the business. This person will undoubtedly have a Jack/Jill-of-all-Trades mentality and passion. As a vital team member, this position requires a highly motivated individual who’s not afraid to take ownership of projects and objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (this is not all-encompassing. Stay on your feet… Duties and responsibilities may change):
- Handle supplier, sales, and marketing documentation, submissions, agency relationships, etc.
- Manage third-party systems (e.g., FoodLogic and IX-1) and internal systems
- Collaborate with graphics companies and third-party support companies
- Assist in completing/routing new customer and new supplier paperwork
- Create, revise, and print trade promotions
- Manage sales sample process, including entering orders into the system and communicating with the sales team on status, inventory availability, etc.
- Act as IT liaison with third-party IT company for office and employee needs.
- Manage company Swag; order, inventory, and arrange shipment to sales teams and brokers.
- Oversee sales show materials for sales reps and assist with materials and logistics for large trade shows.
- Organize meetings, manage files, and coordinate visitor arrivals.
- Handle new hire onboarding, including coordinating initial supplies, IT setup, etc.
- Manage office equipment and supplies.
- Oversee tactical Sales related activities and sample tracking/management.
- Perform basic research tasks related to regulations, competitive audits, and image updates.
- Coordinate mailing, packaging, and shipping for VIP kits.
- Run business and executive tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – need to be able to use Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office (RINO area of Denver)
Nice-to-Haves:
- CPG and Food CPG experience
- Familiarity with third-party audit systems
- Knowledge of HR and sales processes
Salary:
- Commensurate with experience - $60 - $80K
