Overview
Pact is hiring a Creative Strategist to join our fast-paced, sustainable DTC apparel business. This role will join our marketing team, collaborating alongside our creative team to ideate, brief and script creative concepts for paid marketing, specifically on Meta’s ad platform. This role will be a creative storyteller, reaching specific audiences through creative; scaling and iterating on what works and nixing what doesn’t. This role will be responsible for interpreting data that reflects consumer behavior across the paid ecosystem, continually optimizing performance through creative iteration. This role will work cross-functionally with our marketing and design teams, as well as manage external partners, such as agencies and contractors.

Location/Reporting
- Location: Boulder or Denver
- Reports to: VP Digital Marketing
- Travel: Travel to photoshoots as needed
Responsibilities
- Creative Storytelling: Brief video and creative concepts in a clear and concise voice in order to expand our reach to additional audiences on paid platforms, as well as engage with our existing customers.
- Data Analytics: Interpret and synthesize Facebook Ads Manager data and apply this information to our creative strategy to unlock scale and increase reach to new audiences.
- Strategize: Understand consumer behavior across paid social platforms to optimize creative for each platform and audience.
- Project Management: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design and product teams. Manage multiple projects and vendors in both pre- and post-production phases.
- Other duties as required by the evolving nature of a fast-growth company
About You
- 4+ years of related professional experience in creative strategy, specifically using Facebook Ads Manager. Facebook and Instagram knowledge is required, TikTok and Pinterest is a big plus.
- A portfolio of digital content you have created or helped create. Ability to discuss the strategy that informed each piece in the portfolio as well as the expected and/or experienced results.
- Exceptionally organized, concise and self-motivated.
- Ability to ideate, brief, manage and complete creative concepts quickly and efficiently, on time and on budget.
- Will need to provide paid social and/or DR work examples.
- Available to work from our Photo Studio in Denver, CO to direct or capture content, as needed.
- Flexible, resilient and comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Communicates efficiently & effectively, working collaboratively in an open environment with marketing and design teams and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive thinking, initiative, and composure in a fast paced environment.
- Interest in sustainability a must.
- Entrepreneurial sensibility, collaborative and flexible working style.
Salary:
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 depending on experience. Meaningful performance-based bonus and equity.
