Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic plan to create a framework for documents and files.
- Organize and control all documents critical to our products, and provide access to sales, marketing, operations as needed.
- Certification Management (QAI, NSF, GFCO, NGP, Paleo.org and org.)
- Manage annual renewals, new product submissions and ongoing maintenance to remain in compliance with our labels and commitments to customers.
- Ingredient Documentation Control - Request, maintain and organize all pertinent quality documentation for all ingredients, raw materials and suppliers.
- Finished Product Specification - Develop and maintain finished product specifications library.
- Process Controls – Build a model for documenting the process controls within our contract manufacturing network to record how our product is made.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in quality assurance administration, preferably in a regulated, document controlled environment
- Prefer experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- The ideal candidate will be ambitious and motivated by gaining a broad exposure to all facets of organization.
- Highly motivated, action-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, hands-on and can adapt quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solver and conceptual thinker with an ability to understand and leverage detail-oriented and analytical issues as needed.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to influence business partners.
- 10-20% travel as needed.
