RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop strategic plan to create a framework for documents and files.
  • Organize and control all documents critical to our products, and provide access to sales, marketing, operations as needed.
  • Certification Management (QAI, NSF, GFCO, NGP, Paleo.org and org.)
  • Manage annual renewals, new product submissions and ongoing maintenance to remain in compliance with our labels and commitments to customers.
  • Ingredient Documentation Control - Request, maintain and organize all pertinent quality documentation for all ingredients, raw materials and suppliers.
  • Finished Product Specification - Develop and maintain finished product specifications library.
  • Process Controls – Build a model for documenting the process controls within our contract manufacturing network to record how our product is made.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in quality assurance administration, preferably in a regulated, document controlled environment
  • Prefer experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be ambitious and motivated by gaining a broad exposure to all facets of organization.
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, hands-on and can adapt quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver and conceptual thinker with an ability to understand and leverage detail-oriented and analytical issues as needed.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to influence business partners.
  • 10-20% travel as needed.
