We are seeking a Marketplace Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. We are part of the Bayer Consumer Health portfolio, and our team supports brands including Maty’s, Stem & Root, and Care/of.
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented & experienced Marketplace Ecommerce Account Manager to join our growing in-house Amazon team. This position will sit under the Performance Marketing Manager who will train and lead you on the strategy for the brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for dedicated account management and execution for the Care Of brand and will lend support as needed to our other owned brands. This includes responsibilities such as implementing the day-to-day operations to grow sales through the execution of paid media strategies and budgeting, making organic and paid optimizations to maximize ROI, and collaborating across the business to improve the product offering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, operations, and R&D to maximize growth on the brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital, search, and performance marketing across all marketplace channels (currently Amazon & Walmart.com, but opportunity for channel expansion). Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas of improvement by running A/B tests, and implement optimization strategies to drive ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, design, and analytics to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and product roadmap.
- Conduct competitive product research to optimize listings and identify white spaces for new product entry, recommend and then manage new product launch pipelines for the brand on Ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and stay up to date on best practices in Ecommerce and on platforms such as Amazon or Walmart.com
- Provide regular reports and updates on trends, sales analysis, pricing, and profit.
- Manage the product catalog and inventory levels across all online sales channels.
- Work with Amazon seller support to quickly address issues with product listings.
- Monitor and optimize product listings to ensure they are fully optimized for SEO and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with supply on forecasting & demand planning based on sales and market trends.
- Implement price and promotional strategy and manages any pricing issues across channels.
- Identifies pricing efficiencies, merchandising opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights into performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Amazon full stack management (or equivalent), proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Experience in bid management and bidding strategy.
- Experience with Amazon 3P selling programs and tools.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Stackline and Helium 10
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization in high growth environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, attribution models, and web analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Ecommerce and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
