LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Reporting Area: Customer Operations

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Depending on Location)

 

Job Description:

NuTrail is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to support our customer operations team. This person will oversee all logistics activity to include inbound and outbound shipments as well as inventory transfers and 3PL finished goods inventory management.

 

The candidate must be an extremely organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Manage and coordinate all inbound shipments from various Co-Manufacturer locations to delivery to multiple 3PL warehouses.
  • Work collaboratively with co-man, freight providers, and 3PL partners to ensure proper procedures on shipment quality are met to include correct labeling, documentation, pallet quality and on time delivery.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Manager on timing and visibility to Customer Operations team.
• Monitor outbound orders from time of shipment to delivery assuming a 99% OT metric.
  • Work with 3PL and freight providers when issues arise, communicating directly with Customer Service team on any shipment related delays.
  • Ensure 3PL is adhering to all customer specific shipment requirements for all outbound shipments.
• Manage inventory transfers between 3PL and owned warehouse locations.
• Monthly monitoring of finished good inventory.
• Review freight claims, invoices, and lane rates.
• Assist in warehouse transition and onboarding of new partners.

• Assist with monthly customer scorecard reviews, reporting KPIs for all logistics related activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related
• An undergraduate degree in business is
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficient Excel skills are
• Results oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and independent, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication
• Detail oriented and experienced in follow-through and completion of
• Strong time-management skills and ability to adhere to month-end close
