CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Reporting Area: Customer Operations

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Depending on Location)

 

Job Description:

NuTrail is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to support our customer operations team. This person will oversee customer service activity to make sure our customers are well taken care of by delivering timely and accurate processing of order transactions and being a liaison with other teams to complete all tasks on time.

 

The candidate must be an extremely organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage customer orders from time of receipt to
    • Enter and process customer orders using Fishbowl software and EDI platforms ensuring items, pricing, promotions, and terms are accurate.
    • Send order confirmation to customers and request any order revisions as
    • Coordinate shipments and logistics with multiple 3PL warehouse
    • Monitor warehouse inventory levels and communicate and work to resolve any issues with the operations team.
    • Monitor timely delivery to customers and resolve shipment delays as
  • Assist in new customer onboarding and
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers and
  • Assist with monthly customer scorecard
  • Utilize Fishbowl and 3PL reports to monitor order and invoice accuracy, on-time shipment, and inventory levels.
  • Miscellaneous accounting, sales, and supply chain responsibilities as

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related
  • An undergraduate degree in business is
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficient Excel skills are
  • Ability to learn Fishbowl and SPS Commerce
  • Results oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and independent, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented and experienced in follow-through and completion of
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to adhere to month-end close
