About The Role at ALOHA

ALOHA is seeking an Operations Associate who demonstrates passion, grit and embraces accountability. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Operations Associate will be responsible for order processing and third-party relationship management for this fast-growing Company. Furthermore, this Candidate will work holistically on streamlining Operations processes and cross-functional problem-solving aimed at achieving higher levels of efficiency, maximizing fulfillment rate and ensuring premier customer service.

Candidate must have strong track record of success with like-minded, consumer-driven companies, be able to work well in a collaborative (remote-based) team environment, and be passionate about meeting stretch objectives while putting the customer first. This person is self- motivated, proactive, transparent, and desires to be in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Passion for health and wellness is a must!

Full Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Oversight:

  • Manage all aspects of both EDI and non-EDI order processing in QuickBooks: purchase order processing, confirmations, distribution and warehouse logistics, proof of deliveries and delivery confirmation

  • Communicate with Sales department (internally) and with Customer Partners (externally) on any supply chain related issues

  • Verify order pricing with 100% accuracy – potential to include invoicing and some light financial work - business-savvy and financially attuned

  • Understand third-party warehouse procedures, including logistics providers and any 3PL (broker/distributors) to facilitate timely shipments and pick-ups. Proactively identity potential issues and reactively solve transportation, logistics systems, and customer issues

    Experience & Key Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of experience within the CPG world and preferably in the broader food industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

  • Key leadership characteristics: transparency, integrity, leadership/drive for results,

    collaborative, flexible, strong communicator, player/coach mentality with ability to roll up

    sleeves

  • Practical time management skills and being an adaptive problem solver is a must

  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Teams

  • Significant expertise with SPS Commerce EDI and QuickBooks
