Home Concierge 

This an exciting opportunity to join a Boulder-based business dedicated to innovating home management for some of Boulder’s most beautiful homes. With our unique home dashboards and custom care plans, we are on a mission to make homeownership more manageable for the clients we serve. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company early on; we have a lot of room for growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for managing Boulder's high-end homes and building deep relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Manage small projects, repairs, and ad hoc requests from homeowners
  • Meet vendors to let them into homes, lock up, and create detailed reports on work and follow-up
  • Schedule vendors for small to mid-scale home projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Check-in on various portfolio homes and assist with all on-site meetings
  • Use excellent process tools to manage a calendar to achieve monthly customer targets, track progress in a CRM, and identify opportunities to deliver an even better customer journey
  • You will help develop and implement a home care plan for each client
  • Drive your car to and from clients’ homes
