Job Description: As the Director of Catering Sales, you'll embody the essence of Peak Beverage culture. Your role involves not only leading but driving results, overseeing a team of dedicated Catering Sales Representatives. They play a pivotal role in meticulously planning our catering events, setting the stage for operational success. Join us in shaping the future of memorable experiences!
Specific roles include:
- Leadership of Inside Sales Team — This role is pivotal to the success of all of our events and requires strong leadership skills. This role ensures that our local sales team members receive comprehensive training and support on a regular basis.  This role will lead a team of ~ 6 Sales people in 2024 with the responsibility of hitting revenue targets and creating a memorable experience for our customers and clients.
- Catering Revenue — This role bears the ultimate responsibility of hitting our revenue targets. The Sales Director will determine the best sales tactics and drivers to push and hit our sales goals with the team.  By fostering a culture that values and prioritizes top-line sales, you'll inspire and guide the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets!
- Partner Retention & Relationships — This role assumes key responsibility for cultivating and strengthening established partner relationships and champions efforts to enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty by driving the team’s activities around that purpose.
- Small - Midsize Account Business Development — From time to time the Sales Director will be directly involved in selling partnerships with venues and event planners and companies to help drive and hit revenue targets. There is a corporate business development team that will also be selling in support on larger accounts.

- 2 Year Sales Leadership Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior sales knowledge and skills
- Catering or Food and Beverage sales experience a plus
