Now, with the launch of Unite Premier, we’re taking our commitment to the next level by offering a small group fitness program focused on goal achievement.
Role Overview:
As an External Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Unite Premier. Working closely under our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating our sales process and converting our regular members into Premier participants. This hybrid position will involve a combination of prospecting and engaging with existing members to showcase the value of our Premier program.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly goals for Unite Premier.
- Engage with existing members to promote the benefits of Unite Premier and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to identify potential Premier participants in the local community.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all Premier members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
Compensation: $18-$25/hr + commission
This position offers incentive-based opportunities for achieving sales targets. The compensation package is directly attached to the activity maintained by the hire. The compensation will be aligned with the hire’s experience and needs. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and advance within our dynamic team.
