a2 Milk® USA is experiencing rapid growth year over year. Our milk is currently distributed in approximately 22,000+ U.S. retail stores including Walmart, Target, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Kroger, Safeway and most other grocery chains.
With the growth we are experiencing and our entry into the infant formula market with a2 Platinum, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team.
This role will greet, support, and maintain high levels of communication with a social-first mindset, but you will build our a2 Community starting with one of the most important transitions: an infant’s first year of feeding and continuing into a lifelong love of a2 Milk.
With support from our internal team, you will become a product expert and be required to keep up with industry trends. You are an excellent listener with an empathetic ear and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills – you enjoy spending most of your day interacting across all communication channels:email, text, social....and you never hesitate to pick up the phone or chat face-to-face.
As more and more parents seek information and community online, this role will naturally expand more into our a2 social channels - specifically, for the a2 Platinum brand as a portal to be the voice of the brand, to connect with our customers, and to share a passion for dairy. You know the basics of social media, love meaningful (and thought provoking) brand messaging, have a passion for customer storytelling, and love to build an audience.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Support consumers via email, phone, text, and direct message
- Be the a2 Milk® Dairy Expert:
- Serve as the voice of the brand by knowing and sharing product information, trends and practices with our community
- Serve as the voice of the consumer by proactively sharing feedback and spotting trends
- Provide information and resolve Shopify customer questions regarding order status, shipping and subscription management.
- Appropriately triage and escalate issues as necessary with internal and external customer care partners
- Support the continual buildout of our standards of care protocol and ways of working (SOPs, policies, etc.)
- Work with our partners to execute the social media strategy across our social channels
- Manage the social media calendar
- Manage engagement and community DMs across social platforms for the a2 Milk® brand
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all channels and forms of communication
Skill Requirements:
- Demonstrated professionalism and listening skillsÂ
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively translate complex or detailed information clearly and efficiently to customers while consistently maintaining the voice of the brandÂ
- Demonstrated ability to proactively collaborate as appropriate with internal and external stakeholders
Required / Mandatory Experience: 2 or more years in Customer Service or Hospitality, preferably working with customers directly as well as within a social media platform with content and asset developmentÂ
Salary Range: $54,000 to $67,000 annually
