Manager of Ops & Client Relations

We are currently seeking the just-right candidate to join our team as Manager of Ops & Client Relations. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter with the right combination of organizational, marketing and people skills in a relaxed yet professional startup environment. Priority given to candidates who are already licensed real estate agents or are pursuing licensure. Bonus if you’re passionate about financial independence through real estate investing.
This position is part time to start with plenty of room to grow, and bonus compensation for results. Your job is to help keep the behind-the-scenes humming, keep clients engaged, and help with marketing and events. For starters, you’ll help organize operational systems to increase internal efficiency and productivity, to ensure that the Founder can focus on what he does best – client meetings, property tours, contracts and negotiation.
Central to these operations is your role in managing all aspects of client relations, from timely correspondence to CRM upkeep to organizing events. You will also help develop and craft marketing materials and campaigns, and help write newsletters. This multifaceted role will be anything but boring! And it’s perfect for a newer real estate agent who is looking to supplement their sales business with a steady gig in the industry, who enjoys the behind-the-scenes side of things, and is eager to grow under the tutelage of a successful investor-agent. Ultimately we are looking for a candidate who could evolve into a longer term leadership position with us as the company expands and succeeds.
Responsibilities:
- Help structure and manage all operations for greater ease, efficiency and productivity, and build new smart systems where needed.
- Learn the brand “voice” and be able to communicate effectively from it.
- Spearhead front-end client relations activities including CRM management, follow-ups, and handling client correspondence.
- Assist the founder with operational tasks and client correspondence.
- Initiate and manage new client outreach efforts while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Organize and coordinate client appreciation events, meetups, and other customer relations initiatives.
- Develop and enhance marketing strategies, including newsletters, graphics and promotional materials.
- Manage the process of closing gifts and ensure client satisfaction during all stages of transactions.
- Manage operations, client relations and marketing to keep the founder doing what he does best: meetings with clients, property tours, managing contracts and negotiation.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate license preferred; willingness to obtain if not currently held.
- Experience in real estate or related investment fields is ideal.
- Proven track record in great customer service and client relations.
- Experience in basic marketing including visual design and good copywriting.
- Experience with project management, organization, systems and processes for success.
- An appetite to help build and streamline operations in a startup environment.
- Openness to learning and desire to grow personally and professionally.
- A drive to increase client conversion and closings, and grow the brand.
Skills and Competencies:
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while understanding big-picture goals.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution and operational excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer relations skills that balance relaxed and fun with diplomatic and professional.
- Experience in managing difficult personalities and resolving client issues effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
- Familiarity with visual design principles and basic visual composition.
- Skillful written and verbal communication.
- Experience with copywriting and capacity to learn the brand voice. Professional yet friendly client correspondence.
- Ability to adapt to and utilize various software programs and platforms.
- Familiarity with Asana, Google Suite, Canva and Follow Up Boss a bonus!

Salary and Benefits:
- Part-time independent contract, ~20 hours a week initially with the potential to transition to full-time W2 as the business expands.
- Competitive hourly starting rate of $20-30 per hour depending on experience, coupled with a tiered bonus structure based on performance.
- Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule.
Location and Work Environment:
- Fully remote; candidates from the Denver area or Front Range region are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to support various client services and event hosting activities.
