About ALOHA
ALOHA is seeking a charismatic, high-energy Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Associate/Manager (dependent on experience level) who demonstrates passion, grit and embraces accountability. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position will be the key component of the ALOHA S&OP process and support Operational KPI’s that will help the business succeed. Furthermore, this person will work holistically on streamlining processes and cross-functional problem solving aimed at achieving higher and higher levels of efficiency, and providing the information needed to make business critical inventory decisions.
Candidate must have strong track record of success with like-minded, consumer-driven companies, be able to work well in a collaborative (remote-based) team environment and be passionate about meeting stretch objectives while putting customers first. This person is self-motivated, proactive, transparent, and desires to be in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Passion for health and wellness is a must!
Core Responsibilities
• Oversee and strengthen ALOHA’s relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, driving logistics efficiency and operational improvements. Manage annual 3PL analysis, including OTIF score-carding and financial profitability targets, to ensure our logistics network is optimized to fit the Company’s growth trajectory.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement proactive strategies between warehouses to keep a balanced lot code position across all SKU’s and product groups. Assist the Director of Supply Chain to address critical inventory communications, including at-risk, out-of-stock, and allocated inventory items to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate inbound shipments of finished goods from co-manufacturer locations to ALOHA 3PL’s using logistics partner communications and actively manage the inventory updates in the ALOHA qualified accounting system
• Partner with the Director of Supply Chain and R&D Manager to set up raw materials and packaging for newly commercialized products in ALOHA’s ERP system.
• Assist Finance in month-end inventory reconciliation across co-manufacturing partners and warehouses as well as annual external Audit each February.
• Co-lead with Director of Supply Chain an annual 3PL RFP process to ensure best-in-class service and pricing across myriad service providers.
• Execute shipper pack outs and other unique pack out projects with ALOHA's warehousing partners
• Assist with new customer onboarding, setting up and ensuring proper implementation and maintenance of customer EDI connections
Skills
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably within the food sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities, including transparency, integrity, drive for results, and a collaborative, flexible mindset. A “player-coach” mentality with a hands-on approach is essential.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional time management and adaptive problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with SPS Commerce, QuickBooks, and ERP systems is a plus.
