Are you passionate about outdoor hospitality and real estate investment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment? KCN Campgrounds is looking for an Acquisitions and Revenue Manager to join our team and play a critical role in expanding and optimizing our portfolio of RV campgrounds across the country.

What You'll Do:

Acquisitions

  • Manage the acquisition and disposition process from LOI through closing.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts, working with legal counsel, third-party vendors, and title companies.
  • Develop investor materials, including pro forma financial models and offering memorandums.
  • Research and evaluate new investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with KCN's acquisition criteria.
  • Track deadlines and ensure smooth transitions between acquisition and operations teams.

Revenue Management

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with marketing to align promotional efforts with revenue goals.
  • Optimize booking channels and drive direct bookings while managing third-party OTA relationships.
  • Provide financial forecasting and reporting on revenue performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in real estate acquisitions, revenue management, or hospitality operations.
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems and property management tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work a flexible schedule.
