We are seeking a responsible, professional, and health-conscious Regional Sales Manager to assist our National Sales Manager with key account management, regional chain relationships, and broker team leadership. This role requires a strategic and relationship-driven professional with a passion for natural health and herbal products.
Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding and improving key account and channel management while fostering brand growth. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to develop and strengthen relationships with regional chain accounts, key accounts, and broker teams. Your contributions will play a critical role in achieving company sales goals and expanding WishGarden’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional sales activities and ensure maximum product distribution across various channels (e.g., Natural, Conventional, Mass, Ecomm, etc.).
- Oversee and guide brokers/sales reps, ensuring they meet goals and KPIs.
- Develop strategies to grow the brand in under-penetrated territories.
- Analyze tools and budgets required for managing regional sales.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relations.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing for product launches.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, and customer needs, sharing insights with the team.
- Gain comfort and confidence in support of training and education of retailer team members and brokers.
Additional Information:
- Travel requirement: 25-50%.
- Must exhibit flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to focus on both big-picture strategy and operational details.
Education and/or Experience: Natural products - CPG industry experience is a plus with a minimum of 7 years sales experience.
- Experience in sales: Natural Supplement industry sales experience is preferred.
- Experience working with conventional and natural chains, distributors, and Ecomm resellers is ideal.
- Experience with managing brokers & sales reps on a regional scale required.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities. Should also have demonstrated problem-solving ability and negotiation skills.  Must have proficient computer skills, good skills with Apple Office Products.

Language Skills: Comfortable speaking about health issues with sensitivity and within DSHEA guidelines is a must. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to professionally communicate with customers regarding common inquires or complaints
