Full Job Description
Location / Reporting
- Location: Remote (must have USA work authorization)
- Reports to: Creative Director
- Travel: Limited Domestic travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Asset Management & Tracking
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all product images and creative assets.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor asset status: editing, approval, website readiness, and marketing use.
- Ensure teams have access to the right assets when they need them.
- Production & Photoshoot Coordination
- Manage the Master Photography Sheet to track images across multiple categories.
- Ensure all required product photos, including reshoots, are completed on time.
- Maintain shot lists to align photography with launch timelines.
- Product Page & Metadata Organization
- Input product details, including model and styling information, for PDP pages.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to build asset spreadsheets per season.
- Asset Handling & Distribution
- Crop, resize, and upload images to AWS, ensuring proper execution per brief.
- Tag, store, and organize assets for easy access by internal teams.
- Notify stakeholders when assets are ready for use.
- Site Auditing & Quality Control
- Review the website to verify correct display of assets.
- Identify and fix any missing or incorrect product images.
- Route revisions to the right creative teams for adjustments.
About You
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Enjoy keeping projects on track in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Communicate effectively and keep teams informed.
- Spot and fix issues before they become problems.
- Have experience preparing, resizing, and managing digital assets.
- 3+ years in creative operations, project management, or asset management.
- Experience managing high-volume creative workflows for e-commerce or marketing.
- Familiarity with asset tracking tools and DAM platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Compensation
- Estimated to be $60-75k per year; bonus opportunity up to 10% of salary*, equity, Pact product allowance, and monthly healthy living benefit
- Comprehensive health benefits, partially company sponsored
- Half day Fridays year round
*This is a good-faith estimate of the salary range; final compensation level will be commensurate with experience.
