We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant/Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a college graduate with a degree in accounting, business, or finance who is eager to grow within a fast-paced company. The Accountant will report directly to the President & CFO and will be a key player in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support both internal and external requirements. This includes extensive modeling to predict profitability and identify potential opportunities or risks to financial plans.
  • Cash Flow Projections: Develop and maintain detailed cash flow projections, ensuring that our leadership team has a clear view of the company’s financial position.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide analysis and reporting to all levels of management as needed.

  • Month & Year-End Close: Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes, assisting with the development and distribution of reports during these periods.
  • Data & KPI Tracking: Collaborate with team members to track and report on Key Performance Indicators, cost savings projects, and G&A budgeting.
  • Project Support: Provide analytics to support informed decision-making. Analyze and report progress against major initiatives, highlighting insights for continuous improvement.

These responsibilities may evolve over time but will remain within the scope of supporting our finance and accounting functions.

    • Extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Willingness to wear many hats in a small, fast-growing environment, including occasional responsibilities outside of the accounting and finance realm.
