About Us: At FG Fulfillment, we're all about bringing joy to our clients and making their experience unforgettable! We're a fast-growing, dynamic team on the lookout for a Client Success Associate who’s ready to jump in with both feet, bring a smile to work, and help us keep the good times rolling. This team member will specialize in the cultivation and execution of our emerging brand program.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Be the Hero: Support our awesome team in the fast-paced world of warehouse fulfillment. Your role is to make sure our clients get the best experience possible—every time!
  • Versatility is Key: You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from shipping knowledge,  printing packing slips and labels to assisting with inventory counts and helping keep our workspace spick and span. 
  • Support and ownership of a category of clients to achieve the success desired for each brand. Responsibilities expand to include billing/invoicing properly, understanding all SKUs, creation of pack out guides, and building a strong backup to other team members. 
  • Communication Champ: Whether it’s in person, emailing, calling, or on video, you'll be the friendly face and voice that keeps our clients feeling valued and informed.
  • Strong Written Communication and Responsiveness: The ideal candidate will excel in drafting clear, professional emails for client communication, including resolving conflicts and assisting in client success. They must demonstrate the ability to balance assertiveness with maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the candidate should be highly responsive, providing timely, effective communication to ensure smooth and efficient client interactions.
  • Manager of  Projects: Work closely with internal and external teams to get projects completed.
  • Support Internal management with various tasks including but not limited to: invoicing, customer service, emailing/phone/video communications with clients, and more.
  • Scheduling weekly or monthly meetings with clients, having an agenda to share with clients, and being the lead in the meeting.
  • Help your client's portfolio grow here at FG by thinking of different sales channels for the brands.
  • Understand each SKU that your client offers and what the client's expectation is for the SKU(s) when leaving our facility (example: DTC, B2B, Kitting and more). 
  • Perform weekly and/or monthly internal evaluation reports for clients.
  • In office / warehouse daily (Mon-Fri) is required with an established schedule to be agreed upon
    • Full Good Business hours 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, closed most federal holidays 
    • Schedule to be identified during new employee onboarding

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: College degree preferred but not required
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or fulfillment is great, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ve got you covered!
  • Skills: You should have a knack for details, be super coachable, and have strong communication skills. Bonus points if you know your way around Word, Excel, PPT, Google Drive, and Shopify!
  • Tech Savvy: You’ll need to be comfortable with computers and learning new software.
  • Health & Safety: Knowledge of USDA standards like FIFO and HACCP is a plus, but a willingness to follow protocols and keep everything safe is essential.
  • Team Spirit: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and being a team player are a must. Our Client’s success is always top of mind and our goal every day!
