ALOHA is seeking a charismatic, high-energy Supply Planner who demonstrates passion, grit and embraces accountability. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position will be the key component of the ALOHA S&OP process and support Operational KPI’s that will help the business succeed. Furthermore, this person will work holistically on streamlining processes and cross-functional problem solving aimed at achieving higher and higher levels of efficiency, and providing the information needed to make business critical inventory decisions.

Core Responsibilities
• Manage the Day to Day of the S&OP Process: Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for the Operations team by analyzing production, inventory, capacity, and costs to support effective decision-making.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Sales and Finance responsible for demand planning to ensure the commercial plan assumptions are as accurate as possible. “See around corners.” Provide actionable feedback on forecast data and assumptions.
• Utilize Forecasting Tools: Leverage inventory forecasting software (MODUS) to generate regular reports and customize data sets to compare with actual shipments.
• Provide Forecast Updates and Procurement Plan: Deliver monthly forecasts and weekly updates to co-packers and key ingredient suppliers to ensure alignment. Assist the Director of Supply Chain in procurement strategy and execution, writing and managing purchase orders for Aloha owned packaging, raw materials, etc.
• Align Inventory with Demand: Partner with Warehouse & Logistics operations to synchronize inventory holding positions with forecasted demand, minimizing under-utilized or poorly staged inventory. Assist in optimizing a routing strategy that elevates the ALOHA network and improves OTIF scores.
• Communicate Key Updates: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and the Director of Supply Chain to communicate changes related to production, freight delays, shortages, and other operational issues to all stakeholders proactively and continuously.
• Analyze Variances: Investigate variances between forecasted and actual demand to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support Product Launches: Assist with the setup of new products in internal systems.
Skills
• 3-5 years of experience within the CPG world, preferably in the food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relate field
• Key leadership characteristics: transparency, integrity, leadership/drive for results, collaborative,
flexible, strong communicator, player/coach mentality with ability to roll up sleeves
• Practical time management skills and being an adaptive problem solver is a must
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Proficiency in demand forecasting software, statistical tools, and ERP systems
• Familiarity with different WMS systems and pulling custom reports• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
