Full Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented writer who thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Review Responder, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the voice of our clients by responding thoughtfully and professionally to their online reviews.

This role isn’t just about writing responses—you’ll also:

  • Write and edit blog articles, sales assets, and marketing materials
  • Adapt tone and voice to match different client brands
  • Meet deadlines consistently and communicate effectively with the team
  • Help us all become better by sharing ideas, giving feedback, and embracing creative thinking
  • Ask clients for Google reviews (with a goal of generating at least 3 new reviews per month per client)

You’ll be working alongside a small group of talented writers, a pirate or two, and our graphic designer.
