Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager (ABM) to join our Marketing team in Boulder, CO. This role is ideal for a rising CPG marketer who thrives at the intersection of insight, creativity, and execution. The Senior ABM will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, innovation, and digital engagement—leveraging data analytics, consumer research, new product development, and digital marketing to help shape the future of Casper’s brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Business Analytics
- Lead data-driven business reviews using Nielsen/IRI/SPINS and DTC analytics to track brand, SKU, and channel performance.
- Translate category, competitor, and consumer insights into clear strategies and recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor brand health and marketing ROI.
Consumer Research & Insights
- Partner with insights agencies and internal teams to conduct consumer research, segmentation, and usage & attitude studies.
- Identify emerging consumer trends, flavor interests, and category whitespace opportunities.
- Champion the voice of the consumer across brand and innovation projects.
New Product Development (NPD) & Innovation
- Support stage-gate process for new product development, working closely with R&D, operations, and sales.
- Help lead concept development, product positioning, and packaging design for new launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercialization and retail execution.
Digital Marketing & Communication
- Partner with agency and in-house teams to manage digital-first marketing campaigns (paid social, content, influencers, SEO/SEM).
- Build Casper’s Ice Cream brands across social media and e-commerce platforms with compelling storytelling.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize spend against KPIs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align business priorities.
- Develop sell-in tools, presentations, and category stories for key retailers.
- Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of brand management, marketing, or related CPG experience (food/beverage or frozen category experience a plus).
- Proven ability in data analytics, syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen, SPINS), and consumer insights methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for innovation, consumer trends, and building brands.
