We’re looking for an Operational Partner who wants to build—not just manage. This role will help shoulder the day-to-day operations of a growing snack bar company, from ingredient procurement and inventory management to developing our co-packing business.

The right person is detail-obsessed and process-oriented, but also knows when to adapt and pivot as things evolve. You’ll need to think like both an operator and an owner—balancing cash flow, keeping us in stock, managing production flow, and constantly improving how we do things.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ingredient procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory management
• Manage day-to-day production logistics and operational workflows
• Help develop and scale our co-packing business, working closely with external partners
• Evaluate space, equipment, and transportation needs as we grow
• Maintain alignment between operations, finance, and culture—keeping the big picture in mind while executing on the details

Ideal Background

• Experience in food manufacturing, CPG operations, or supply chain management. This is not a must but could help ramp faster; most important is someone that has the chops to think and execute like a high level operator
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly when things change. Able to be flexible as needed.
