Responsibilities & Duties
● Manage a portfolio of Boulder’s high-end homes and build trusted relationships with homeowners
● Oversee small projects, repairs, and ad-hoc requests with clear communication and follow-through
● Meet vendors onsite, provide access, ensure quality, and deliver concise reports and updates
● Coordinate and schedule vendors for small to mid-scale projects, maintaining timelines and standards
● Conduct routine home check-ins and support onsite meetings and walkthroughs
● Use our tools to manage calendars, track progress in the CRM, and spot opportunities to enhance the client experience
● Help create and execute personalized home care plans
● Drive your own vehicle to client homes (we have 3 company cars to use, too)
● Bring creativity and continuous improvement to the role

Hours | Full-time in-office (Downtown Boulder)
Vacation | Unlimited time off (3-4 weeks is typical)
Salary | $80,000-95,000 + healthcare stipend + profit share program
