We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to drive numerous aspects of digital brand marketing and customer engagement. The role will entail assisting with the creation of authentic relationships and interactions with our customers while growing the overall base. This will be accomplished by top-tier engagement through social media and content that educates, inspires, and entertains. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of content through social media channels driving long-term and loyal customers. He/she will champion the brand with both existing and potential customers, as well as other external partners. As Sunday is a startup, this is an opportunity to join at the ground level, make immediate impacts, work directly with founders, and continually grow with the company as it scales.
Some of the general responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include but aren’t limited to:
- Social media management – Be the voice of the brand on Facebook, Instagram, etc. while also responding to customer complaints/compliments on social channels. Assist in developing digital strategy and content. Safeguard the brand and ensure communications and creative are consistent. Gather and report on feedback.
- Customer engagement and community management  – Actively monitor and resolve customer feedback channels. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, ambassadors, and online influencers. Facilitate and moderate conversations on all digital platforms.
- Customer onboarding –  Assist in customer intake, setup, and servicing processes. These initial experiences are critical interactions as they drive early customer satisfaction and retention, helping customers maximize their value from our products and services.
- General marketing activity coordination – Broader area of responsibilities that could include things like: preparation of customer-related correspondence; shipments to media contacts; coordination of marketing materials; and execution of events and promotions.
Desired Background
- +2 years of professional experience in digital marketing including content creation and coordination, social media management, partnership development, community management, and customer engagement/service
- Strong experience and comfort with social media channels
- Track record of excellent execution with strong attention to detail
