Full Job Description
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities:
  • Be a key and contributing member of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Set and lead company marketing strategy.
  • Full brand management accountability.
  • Build, lead, manage, and implement accountability for the marketing team.
  • Oversee or deliver all brand communications (traditional and digital media, social media, PR), as well as retail environments, key accounts, omni-channel marketing, sponsorships, events, and other tactics that apply.
  • Manage all marketing programs including budget management, digital, design, field planning and execution.
  • Work in collaboration with the VP of Sales to ensure congruency between sales and marketing.
  • Work in collaboration with the Product Development Team to identify opportunities to improve upon and develop new products.
Who You Are:
Definitions and Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of broad marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or the outdoor/sports industries
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
  • Prior leadership experience needed scaling a fast-growing business within a start-up environment.
  • Specialty Run/Bike/Outdoor market, and Big-Box Sporting goods experience are a plus.
  • The Head of Marketing is a salaried full time position, based in Boulder Colorado, reporting to the CEO.
