Bluebird Botanicals is a leading company in the rapidly growing cannabinoid industry. We are a Colorado-based company focused on manufacturing and providing the highest quality hemp extracts in the world.
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious outbound sales that are passionate about wellness and improving the lives of others. Successful candidates will be responsible for growing sales throughout the US including sales strategy, relationship management, and ongoing support to distribution channels. This position may require travel in excess of 50% of the time.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prospect for new customers and increase revenue for existing accounts
- New account acquisition
- Training and education of business partners including brokers
- Outbound sales activities including cold/warm calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetings
- Define and execute growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Account management
- Participate in networking, trade shows, and other sales activities
- Achieving sales targets
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Strong business contact list
- Proven experience in sales, regularly meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to close sales
- Compassionate, positive, upbeat attitude
- Vet/Pet/Equine, Natural Foods, Medical, Restaurant experience preferred
