Working out of our Boulder office this position will be responsible for handling important administrative tasks within the Operations departments. Some of the general responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator include: • Processing customer orders from receipt to order entry into QuickBooks. • Proactively calling customers when orders are not received or are out of norm. • Requesting freight rates from transportation partners, and updating carrier assignment spreadsheet. • Entering the carrier freight invoices into carrier assignment spreadsheet. • Entering carrier invoices into QuickBooks. • Reviewing BOLs, matching with customer purchase orders. • Providing purchasing and operations support
