The Electrification Manager will manage the overall calendar and project needs of our residential electrification workflow, including installations of heat pumps, EV chargers, and Service Upgrades. The Electrification Manager will interface with customers, our staff of electricians, city planning, and utilities to keep projects running smoothly.Â
The Electrification Manager should be highly organized, have an excellent customer interface, be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, be digitally savvy, and excel at problem-solving. No prior electrical experience is required. We seek out team members who act with positivity, customer care, a mindset of continuous improvement, and are rooted in our local community.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage the overall project calendar, including technician staffing, applying for permits, liaising with utilities, and scheduling inspections
- Use software tools like Salesforce, ServiceTitan, and Xcel to manage tasks and project status
- Typical Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Office attendance: Flexibility to work from home for part of the week
Related Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem solving skills

- Bachelor’s Degree
Paid Vacation:
- Year 1: 2 weeks
